DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

For the pick-up of the car, you will need:

• Passport or Identity Card
• Driving license
• Credit or Debit card (in the name of the primary driver)
• Confirmation document (in copy or digital/electronic format)

RENTAL SECURITY DEPOSIT

Please note that a refundable Security Deposit will be required at the time of pick-up. The Security Deposit will be pre-authorized on the credit/debit card of the primary driver, or can be provided by cash. The deposit will cover the Excess amount and will be returned/refunded in full at the end of the rental, provided that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was on pick-up.

ACCEPTED CARDS

EXCESS/DEDUCTIBLE

The Excess/Deductible, is the amount that you are liable to pay if the bodywork of your car gets damaged or if the car is stolen during the rental period. Please note that the CDW insurance only covers the bodywork of the car, and does not include other parts such as windows, wheels, interior, or undercarriage, nor does it cover any charges such as for towing or off-road time, or anything inside the car such as child seats, GPS remotes, personal belongings, etc. It is important to remember that in the event that you behave recklessly or negligently, or drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or for any situation mentioned in "Not Covered" section, you will be liable for the full damage costs.

FUEL POLICY

You will receive the rental car with a certain amount of fuel and you should return it with the same level as collected.

MILEAGE

Your rental includes free/unlimited kilometers.

Your rental includes one (1) driver

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to the pick-up date, without cancellation fees. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the pick-up date, apply cancellation fee. For cancellations of bookings during high season (July-August-September) the deposit amount is non-refundable, but can be credited for future services.
