- By proceeding to this booking, you are confirming that information provided are accurate and valid. It is essential that you read the company's Terms & Conditions in full before the pick-up of your car. In particular, please make sure you know what documents and other paperwork you must take with you (e.g. driving license, forms of identification, and cards) and what you’ll need to pay for during the pick-up. If you don’t have everything you need, the company may refuse the vehicle handover.
- At the handover of the vehicle, you will sign a rental contract and a vehicle inspection form. It’s important that you read the contract carefully and if anything is not clear, please refer to our staff for clarification, before you sign.
- During the pick-up process, our staff will provide the car only when all requirements (age, documentation, valid card etc.) are met. The company, reserves the right to refuse the handover if, in the staff’s opinion, the driver is unfit to drive, or being abusive, or in any way endangering the safety of other people. In such case, no compensation or refund will be entitled.
- Before you drive off, you must check the car carefully and make sure that any damage is reported and noted on the Vehicle Inspection Form. Otherwise, you may end up being liable for that damage.
- Please be aware that all rental cars have a strict non-smoking policy. Fines will apply if this policy is not adhered to.
